For the past 4 days I’ve been helping my father replace the gaskets for the valve covers of his minivan. That may sound easy, but removing the manifold covering one side took 2 days (lots of hoses & electrical to disconnect). That was supposed to stop an oil leak, but it didn’t. We did find a power-steering hose leaking … but replacing that clamp only took 15 minutes. — the oil leak search goes on.
